The challenge was to move beyond product retail and build a lifestyle identity with global credibility and local relevance, one that resonates with a young, style-aware audience. THE APPROACH
The engagement began with a category and culture audit, mapping global headwear benchmarks, streetwear influences, and evolving consumer behaviour. These insights shaped a clear positioning that balances performance, style, and cultural relevance. We built the brand identity system from the ground up, defining a bold yet minimal visual language driven by strong typography, high-contrast colour systems, and expressive imagery.
